Scrapping the blog soon
As the only comments this blog receives is random spam I am considering scrapping the blog and possibly the website entirely. This is due to my growing dislike of photography as a medium of artistic expression.

I have had to remove the post “Where are the negatives Part 2 of 4″ due to the huge amount of spam being sent to it. No one reads this blog anyway so it seems stupid leaving it on there just to attract unwanted crap.
What is it with people? How do they manage to submit spam to a blog? It is pointless and frustrating.
I have decided to buy www.2rightfeet.co.uk and host the same site on this address. Mainly an administrative decision but it increases the web presence of my photography.
Seem to be going through a period of being refused! I have been turned down by one online gallery that was happy to have me on board last year and now been refused joining a lensgroup on squidoo.
These things happen and I am not too precious about any of it anymore, the only response to this blog is SPAM so maybe I should heed the voice of the universe and give up clicking the shutter.
I am in the process of re-designing the website, just because I think it can be made to look a bit cleaner and efficient. Still in the process but should be changing over in two weeks or so.
The idea of getting more involved in design photography does interest me, a friend has been encouraging me to continue with my photographic work, but I think the pull to leave London and explore new ventures is too strong, we shall see, but some pretty great things need to happen here for me to feel I should stay.
….then I know that I need to look into other areas of photography. I have been working in dance and in creating work for exhibitions but it does not seem to be financially sustainable. I have been creating some fashion imagery recently and I would also like to expand the design aspect of my work, this would involve contacting designer/makers working in soft furnishings, fashion accesories, etc to photograph their products for their own promotional requirements.
It looks more and more as if photography is going to take a back seat. It is a difficult one, I have invested a lot of time and effort into my image making and I do not want to give it up, but at the moment the effort is not bringing any fulfilment so it is time to do something different for a while
I have launched a new website www.kozmikfish.co.uk and this will be taking me in whole new directions.
